By accessing or using Tattoo Assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

You may use Tattoo Assistant to manage tattoo enquiries, client conversations, bookings, payments, and automated communication.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp policies.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, store, and process client information through Tattoo Assistant.

This may include names, phone numbers, messages, tattoo references, booking details, and payment information.

Tattoo Assistant may connect with WhatsApp through Meta Cloud API.

You are responsible for complying with Meta's and WhatsApp's business messaging rules, including message templates, opt-in requirements, and customer communication policies.

Tattoo Assistant may provide automated replies using artificial intelligence.

You are responsible for reviewing and controlling how the assistant communicates with your clients.

The platform should not be used to send misleading, abusive, illegal, or harmful messages.

Tattoo Assistant may help organize booking deposits, payment status, and appointment information.

Tattoo Assistant is not responsible for disputes between studios and clients regarding tattoo services, deposits, refunds, cancellations, or completed work.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activity
• Send spam or abusive messages
• Misuse client personal data
• Attempt to hack, copy, damage, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform in a way that violates Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, or other third-party policies

Tattoo Assistant may use third-party services such as hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, AI providers, Meta/WhatsApp APIs, and analytics tools.

We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Tattoo Assistant is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or if the platform is misused.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
