Tattoo Assistant respects your privacy and gives users the right to request deletion of their personal data.
If you want to request deletion of your data from Tattoo Assistant, please follow the instructions below.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:
Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address, if used in the app
- Your phone number connected to WhatsApp, if applicable
- The studio or tattoo artist account you contacted through Tattoo Assistant
- A short message saying: "I request deletion of my personal data from Tattoo Assistant."
2. What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your use of the platform, we may delete:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- WhatsApp messages
- Tattoo enquiry details
- Uploaded reference images
- Booking information
- Lead or client profile information
3. Processing Time
We will review and process data deletion requests within 30 days, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or business record purposes.
4. Important Notes
Some information may need to be retained if required by law, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, platform security, or payment processing obligations.
If your data was shared directly with a tattoo studio, you may also need to contact that studio separately to request deletion from their own records.
5. Confirmation
Once your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation email when possible.
